    Excerpt
Seahorse, a tiny ornamental marine species, can now be bred in captivity. This has been made possible with the completion of this sea creature's life cycle in captivity. The scientific headway was achieved by researchers of the government-hosted Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) based in Tigbauan, Iloilo.
