    A mangrove-friendly shrimp culture project is now being implemented by a government-hosted Southeast Asian venter based in Tigbauan town. A project is part of the Msngrove-Friendly Development Program being undertaken by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD). Funded by the Japanese Trus Fund, the undertaken aims to develop sustainable shrimp culturing technology packages.
