Fisherfolk in Purok Sigay, Sitio Masungay, Barangay Sicang-Airport here complained that fishers from Cadiz City, Negros Occidental were "encroaching" their barangay waters. The Sigay small Fisherfolk Association lodged a complaint with the Sangguniang Panlungsod and sought the local lawmaker's help. Barangay Singcang-Airport does not allow fishers from other localities to fish in the village's waters, members of the fisherfolk association claimed.
