DENR finds ‘illegal’ drainage connections in Boracay

There are 24 illegal drainage connections recently found in this famed island resort, according to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
DENR secretary Roy Cimatu presented a list of the illegal connections to the media on Wednesday, a day before Boracay’s six-month closure and rehabilitation.
