    Excerpt
Slowly, they are building for their future, a future free from violence and anxiety. The rebel returnees (RR) in Tapaz just so recently put up additional six floating cages in San Julian dam. These cages will be stocked with SEAFDEC fast-growing strain tilapia juveniles. Stocking of additional fingerlings from BFAR will be done a week after. SEAFDEC, through the Technology Verification and Extension Section (TVES), will assist these RRs in Tapaz through the ongoing project of CPEU-SEAFDEC in Tapaz, Capiz.
