Come July 9, the answer to this and other questions will be provided during a seafood dish contest to be held at the government-hosted Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) in Tigbauan, Iloilo. the cookfest, to be conducted under the auspices of SEAFDEC AQD's FishWorld (museum-aquarium-ecology park), is one of the pre-anniversary activities of the institution. Its theme is "Seafood from aquafarms: Masarap na, healthy pa."
