Seventeen aquaculture specialist from 10 Asian countries completed the Third Country Training Program on Responsible Aquaculture Development (TCTP-RAD) conducted recently at a Southeast Asian center in Tigbauan town. A joint project of the Japanese and Philippine governments through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)-TCTP, the training was held at the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD). It was implemented by SEAFDEC AQD with funding and technical support from JICA.
