    Excerpt
As a tribute to lasting partnerships, two institutions — the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA, Manila) and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corp. (aT) — recently marked another year of bountiful cooperation. Both CCA, Manila and aT have worked towards building academic, cultural, and economic exchange between two countries. aT entered a memorandum of agreement with CCA, Manila in 2012 wherein the latter was commissioned to cultivate a generation of professional Filipino chefs knowledgeable in Korean cuisine. Part of the agreement is the culinary study-tour program where three CCA, Manila chef instructors trained for a month in South Korea. In return, CCA, Manila began offering Korean cuisine short courses in 2013, and the most recent of which is the Korean Fix 4.0 cuisine classes under Chef Trisha Ocampo.
