The activist fisherfolk group Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas has condemned the recent harassment by Chinese Coast Guards against Filipino fishermen in Scarborough Shoal. Citing reports from the Philippine Coast Guard, Chinese personnel onboard a rubber boat ordered the Filipino fishermen aboard two fishing boats to leave Scarborough Shoal last Sept. 6.
