    Scientists and writers at the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) launched several publications during the anniversary program held July 8, at the Aquaculture Department, with Agriculture Undersecretary Cesar Drilon, Aquaculture Department (AQD) Chief Rolando Platon and SEAFDEC/AQD Deputy Chief Koiche Okuzawa of Japan. The books and manuals launched were funded by the government of Japan-Trust Fund.
