Political will is necessary to have progressed in the country, particularly in the rehabilitation of Manila Bay, former special assistant to President Duterte Christopher “Bong” Go said Thursday. “This is proof that the government is doing everything to make our country better. This is because of political will and the volunteers who wished to help,” he said in a statement.
