    Excerpt
More than 300 students of Occidental Mindoro State College (OMSC) participated in a two-day cleanup of Aroma Beach in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. The Humanities and Social Sciences (Humss) Grade 12 students gathered at 6:00 a.m. to clean areas of the western coast of Mindoro on January 18 and 25. Teacher Aike Quiñones said the coastal clean-up aimed to raise awareness on what was happening to the environment.
