The Department of Agriculture (DA) in Western Visayas assures support to all marginalized farmers and fisherfolk in Capiz. “We will provide the necessary interventions for you with the support of the provincial government,” said DA regional executive director Remelyn Recoter during the 12th Provincial Farmers and Fisherfolk’s Day celebration on Thursday. Recoter led the turnover of P5-million loan fund to Lonoy Agrarian Reform Cooperative in Ivisan and Sapi-an towns.
