    Excerpt
Secretary Roy A. Cimatu of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) led the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and the ceremonial turn over of a Surf Rake beach cleaner to members of the Boracay Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF) on March 28, 2019. The Coca-Cola Foundation Philippines and the Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI) sponsored the Surf Rake beach cleaner for the local government unit of Malay, Aklan to facilitate the cleaning of Boracay Island’s beaches. Secretary Cimatu welcome this development as this collaboration with the Coca Cola will better pursue and preserve Boracay Island’s outstanding feature – its white sands.
