Two men were arrested at the Navotas Fish Port yesterday morning for allegedly transporting 22 crates of fish caught through dynamite fishing. Truck driver Francisco Bardinas and fish dealer Manuel Felies Ibanez were charged with violating Republic Act 10654, which penalizes illegal fishing.
