    Excerpt
What caused the fish kill at Cabacawan Creek? City Administrator John Orola Jr. said there will be an investigation. According to Barangay Captain Elsie Valenzuela of Estefania village, they were able to collect 15 sacks of dead janitor fishes from the creek on Saturday. But it was not only the residents of Brgy. Estefania that were complaining of the foul smell from the dead fishes.
