    Excerpt
Our government should minimize, if not eliminate, massive fish kills in the country, said AGHAM party-list Rep. Angelo Palmones. Government data showed that, two years ago, about 1,900 tons of fish in fish pens and fish cages valued at P150 million have died. Particularly, about 10 tons of tilapia suffered the same fate in Magat Dam in Isabela province in 2010, government data said.
