Fifteen fishermen from Negros Occidental were caught using the forbidden trawlboat, a modified Danish seine, in the marine waters off Baliguian Island in Barangay Malangabang, Concepcion, Iloilo. The fishermen were led by their 42-year-old captain, Jill Rinquijo, a resident of Barangay Tortosa, Manapla, Negros Occidental, over the weekend.
