Tech Transfer Day highlights DOST’s R&D efforts

The Technology Transfer Day will be held Friday at the vast Iloilo Convention Center, Megaworld Boulevard, Mandurriao in Iloilo City. It was learned that the Region-6 office of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-6) has intensified its efforts to develop a vibrant ecosystem for the transfer and adoption of Filipino technologies into the mainstream market. Highlights of the event include breakout sessions on the different thematic areas. These include Food Processing Technologies, Aquaculture and Fisheries Technologies and Agro-Forestry and Natural Fibers.
