    Excerpt
Ernesto Pernia, socioeconomics planning secretary, said the government may include the rehabilitation of the Pasig river in the administration's list of flagship projects, after the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) challenged the government to rehabilitate the river. Pernia said on the sidelines of the 43rd Philippine Business Conference and Expo yesterday the Duterte administrations' 75 flagship projects is "not cast in stone," thus more projects can be added in the list. During the panel discussion yesterday, Rolando Macasaet, Philippine representative to the Board of the AIIB, said the rehabilitation of the Pasig river is one of the game-changing projects where the AIIB can provide assistance.
