    Excerpt
Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu on Friday said they are mulling reopening to the public the island's Bulabog Beach, which draws kiteboarding and windsurfing enthusiasts. Coliform level in the waters off the eastern side of the island has dropped, he said. Boracay was closed to tourists for 6 months after President Rodrigo Duterte described its waters as "cesspools" because of sewage problems.
