    With the upcoming Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit happening in Manila, a discussion about the Code of Conduct on South China Sea (SCS) is expected to be brought up by its participating leaders. With China at center, It's going development neighboring countries takes place as diplomatic measures and bilateral talks offer resolution to the territorial disputes in SCS. As China and the Philippines agree on peaceful resolutions amidst the territorial dispute, the China-Philippine relationship continues its improved ties.
