President Duterte yesterday said China should "temper its behavior" on the South China Sea/ West Philippine Sea area. Duterte, during the launch of Go Negosyo's "Pilipinas Angat Lahat," said "one of these days, before my term ends, I assure you I will talk to them. He said China cannot create an artificial or man-made island on international seas and claim the sovereign rights even over the air above it.
