    Excerpt
Cheap diwal (angel wing clam) is not anymore available outside the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center along Burgos Street here. The vendors have moved to Barangay Barra. Diwal vendors with the permit from the city Agriculture Office started selling the prized seafood at the designated area in Sitio Mandulalao on Wednesday.
