Whou would have thought that discarded tahong shells could be used to produced hollow blocks? The group from University of the Philippines Visayas-Tacloban did. "Project Pagsulong" is a brainchild of PLDT KaAsenso, PLDT-Smart Foundation, The OutstandingStudents of the Philippines Alumni Community, and RFM Foundation.
