    Excerpt
A barangay captain here will raise before the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) of Roxas the alleged illegal fishing activities in Brgy. Olotayan island. Manuel “Bongbong” Aninang said he will write a letter to Vice Mayor Ronnie Dadivas and the city councilors to conduct an investigation on illegal fishing activities, particularly on gathering of sea cucumber perpetuated by some big-time businessmen. Aninang and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) based in Olotayan released Friday three boat captains and crew members who were apprehended for illegal gathering of sea cucumbers in the coral reefs of the village island.
