    Former Environment secretary Gina Lopez is positive that tourists will come back to Boracay Island once its rehabilitation is complete. “Boracay will be like a phoenix, it will rise from the ashes,” Lopez told media members in this capital town on Friday. Lopez is now the chairman of ILOVE (Investments in Loving Organizations for Village Economies) Foundation. She was in San Jose to launch her Quest for LOVE Program.
