The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) headed by Carlito Delfin has approved the proposed projects of four fisherfolks' associations totalling P210,000. These proposals include the acquisition of a lift net for the Banago Group of Small Fisherfolk Association, post harvest facilities for Punta Taytay Marginalized Fisherfolk Marketing Cooperative and rolling fish snack cart for Villa Esperanza Neighborhood/ Fisherfolk Association. Delfin said funding for the four project proposals will be released gradually from April to June this year.
