    A river management organization will support and partner with the Philippine government in the restoration and protection of rivers in the Cagayan Valley region. Dr. Eva Abal, International River Foundation chief operating officer, reiterated the Foundation’s support during the recent International Training-Workshop on Integrated Water Resource Management here. Abal said the IRF is committed to build leadership and strong networks for the restoration, protection, sustainable management, and resilience of the world’s rivers, including the Philippines.
