Capiz Governor Antonio del Rosario reminded local chief executives to make sure that there are no illegal structures in riverbanks in the province. Del Rosario fielded this reminder during the recent meeting of the Provincial Peace and Order Council. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources reported 649 illegal structures, both concrete and semi-concrete, in rivers and riverbanks in Capiz.
