    Five fishermen in Sagay City were caught for encroaching the marine sanctuary there. They were identified as Boy Mark Seronda, 27; Emelito Seronda, 24; Lito Sanita, 50; Bernardo Estelita, 44; and Leopoldo Leponario, 57, all of Purok Cotcoton in the island barangay of Molocaboc in Sagay. Pet Cuenca, chair of Bantay Dagat in Barangay Himogaan, said they were patrolling on Friday when they spotted the suspects’ unmarked motor banca.
