The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the registration of Wild Catch Fisheries, a fishing firm formed to boost the tuna supply of listed fish canner Alliance Select Foods International, Inc, the latter said in a disclosure yesterday. Shares of Alliance Select, which has a 40% stake in the new firm, lost four centavos to P2.08 apiece yesterday.
