A Filipino-British group literally gave a shimmer of hope to fishermen in Estancia, Iloilo. The Berkshire Filipino-British Association (BFBA) donated 50 kerosene lamps to a fishing community that was ravaged by Super Typhoon Yolanda (international name Haiyan) last November 2013. The recipients, collectively known as Botongon Small Fishers Folks Association (BOSFA) received the lamps from BSBA representative Mark Ferasol during a ceremonial turnover last May 1.en
