Three hundred fifty hectares of mangrove areas in Capiz are set for reforestation. These mangrove areas are in the municipalities of Ivisan, Panay, Pilar, Pontevedra, President Roxas and Sapian, said Valentin Talabero Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) provincial head. Talabero said this mangrove reforestation project is under the "cash-for-work" program for mangrove plantations damaged by super typhoon "Yolanda."
