    Gov. Arthur Defensor Sr. has had enough of the "poor, ineffective and long-delayed" oil spill cleanup in Estancia and neighboring municipalities. Cleanup contractor Kuan Yu Global Technologies Inc. will be slapped with a multimillion-peso damage suit, he announced yesterday. Oil slicks on rocks, seawalls and other man-made structures remain in Brgy. Botongon, Estancia where the oil spill first began, Defensor observed. The oil spill, which happened after super typhoon "Yolanda" struck November last year, has affected 14 barangay in Estancia, Batad and Ajuy.
