Agriculture Usec. Cesar Drilon said a "drastic" change is needed in the operations of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Aquaculture Division amid the government's worsening budgetary problems. "The budget calls for a drastic a move, We have a very limited budget," Drilon told Sun.Star Iloilo after he met with the members of the Research and Development Advisory Committee (Rdac) for Seafdec AQD in Manila yesterday. Dr. Rolando Platon, Seafdec AQD chief, joined the Rdac in their meeting to present his agency's concerns.
