They may have left the Southeast Asian Fisheries Research Center but the scientists who demanded the resignation of Rolando Platon, chief of SEAFDEC, said he is not yet off the hook. The Presidential Anti-Graft Commission (PAGC) recently conducted an administrative investigation against Platon after four scientists filed a complaint against him. The PAGC ordered Platon to submit his counter-affidavit June 30 to answer the charges raised by the plaintiffs.
