The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center recently launched its Aquatext, a dedicated Short Messaging System (SMS), or popularly known as text, through the Access Number: 700AQD (700273). The service is now available only to SMART and Talk'n Text subscribers. Arrangments are still being made to extend the service to subscribers of other cellphone companies.
