    SEAFDEC AQD scientist Wenresti Gallardo Ph. D., 40, was recipients of the 2004 Young Scinetist Award for Marine Science by the National Academy of Science and Technology. Dr. Gallardo is extremely pleased about his nomination and winning the OYS award in marine scence. He says it is a recognition and validation from his 15-year effort at the scientific community.
