The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development is implementing a project to enhance intellectual property protection and management in state universities in the country.“The project aims to identify linkages to enhance activities in intellectual property protection and management, technology transfer, and commercialization,” said Arlene Ibanez, Bataan Peninsula State University Innovation and Technology Service office manager.
