Customs authorities seized yesterday at the Paircago and Miascor bonded warehouses of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) three shipments of milkfish (bangus) fry, unloaded from three airlines from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. A total of 201 boxes of "bangus" fry lacked permit from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Customs police chief, Marlon Alameda said. Each box has about two dozen oxygenated plastic bags containing 2,000 to 3,000 "bangus" fry.en
