The National Statistics Office (NSO) is conducting the 2012 Census of Agriculture and Fisheries (CAF), the sixth in a series of decennial agriculture census and the fifth in the decennial census of fisheries in the country. This is the nationwide statistical undertaking geared towards the collection and compilation of statistics on the nation's agriculture, aquaculture, and fishery sectors. The collected data will constitute the bases from which policy makers and planners will formulate plans for the development of agriculture and fisheries sectors in the country.
