The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) yesterday said the red tide plague that hit coastal areas in Bataan last year has remained. In an updated advisory, the BFAR urged the public to refrain from gathering and eating shellfish taken from the coasts of Balanga City and the towns of Mariveles, Limay, Orion, Pilar, Abucay, SAmal and Orami.
