According to the sponsor, Board Member Demetrio P. Sonza, the Resolution was unanimously approved on Sept 4, 2018. Presently, there are two measures pending in Congress for DOFAR’s creation. These are Senate Bill No. 1437 filed by Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano and House Bill No. 1427 authored by Rep. Raul C. Tupas of Iloilo.en
