What is wrong with ‘tamudyos’ imports?
Excerpt
The Department of Agriculture (DA) emphasized that there is nothing wrong with importing galunggong (Round Scad) or tamudyos from other neighboring countries. “There is nothing wrong with importing. Every country which produces less of everything actually imports so what’s wrong with that,” Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Piñol said. Piñol added that the importation is intended to ensure the sustainability of the fish conservation industry.
