Personnel of Parks and Wildlife Zone Management Rommel Parreño and Rodrigo Umadhay apply first aid to revive the wounded sea green turtle whose upper eyelid was believed to have been hit by a motorized banca's propeller in the waters of Northern Iloilo. This prompted the DENR to turn-over the endemic turtle to the custody of South East Asian Fisheries Development Corporation (SEAFDEC) for their proper disposition.
