    Excerpt
An administration congressman yesterday joined opposition law makers in challenging the Duterte administration to show firm resolve in opposing China's militarization of the West Philippine Sea before it becomes too late. Rep. Rozzano Rufino "Ruffy" Biazon (PDP-Laban, Muntinlupa), vice chairman of the House committee on national defense and security, said it is enough for Malacanang to just express concern over China's continued militarization of Philippine reefs in the South China Sea/ West Philippine China Sea. "Hopefully, the next action that the government will take is to exert a diplomatic effort to express displeasure - not just concern but displeasure," Biazon told radio dzBB.
