Govt allots P225M to Navotas fishport

President Rodrigo Duterte has allotted P225 million for the upgrade of the Navotas Fish Port, his top aide said, as part of the administration’s commitment to help the country’s fisheries sector. Special Assistant to the President Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go made the announcement during his recent visit at the port, where he was invited as guest during the celebration of the 42nd anniversary of the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA). In his speech, Go reiterated the Duterte administration’s committment to implement programs for fisherfolk growth.
