    Excerpt
For the pearly Island of Maralison, five kilometers from the shoreline of Culasi, Antique, it's a unique privilege to have the threatened species of manlut back to abundance again. In time, a MOA was signed between the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) and Culasi LGU on July 12, 2006 at said town. Thanks to the caring attitude of the folks in Maralison that would ensure its comeback, and likewise the self-sacrificing spirit and expertise of the SEAFDEC people.
