"It will take more than an oil slick to sink this island," she said as she told Guimarasnons that "the effective handling of the M/T Soralr 1 oil spill shall be sustained." Arroyo had a lucheon meeting with members of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) in Brgy. Alubihod, Nueva Valencia yesterday.
